This wine is made from our Rondo, and Pinot Noir grapes, carefully hand picked in Autumn 2018, after a long, warm, growing season.
Deep crimson red in colour, with aromas of cassis and red plum on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with a soft, silky texture, and a subtle hint of spice from the oak, which leads to a long, moreish finish. The wine has been gently aged in French oak barrels for five months, to add more depth and complexity.

This wine is made from our Bacchus grapes, carefully hand picked in Autumn 2018, after a long, warm, growing season.
Lovely, fresh, tropical fruit, aromas on the nose. The palate displays wonderful flavours of gooseberry, fresh green apple, elderflower, and a herbaceous twist, leading to a crisp, dry, refreshing, finish.
